- Yes, you can cancel duplicate order.
Refund of your Duplicate order :
- Cash on Delivery : In this case you don’t have paid so no Refund but you have to inform us within 24 hours.
- Prepaid order by RazorPay : You will get refund with 2.5% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is RazorPay transfer charges.
- Prepaid order by Stripe Gateway option : You will get refund with 8% deduct amount from your total amount of order because that is Payment Gateway transfer charges.
Cash on delivery Order :
- You can give order up to 5000 RS only.
- Above 5000 Rs order you have to confirmation on Call or You have to pay rest of amount by Bank transfer, Google Pay, Paytm or PhonePe option. ( This procedure will follow after order placed. Our team will call you and assist you how you can placed order above 5000 Rs. )
- NOTE : Above details for Indian customer only because COD not available for International customer presently.
Prepaid Order :
- Yes, you can placed order. There is NO LIMIT for Domestic ( India ) order OR International ( Overseas ) order.

Sometimes there is no stock, product related issue or there is not available service to deliver courier there are multiple reason.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
- No, We don’t provide Return Facility.
- If there is damage then only you have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- After confirmation in email or Whatsapp you can return us. We will provide confirmation code. With print of confirmation code that you have mention on courier with our address without any confirmation code we will not accept order.

- Exchange items are shipped within 24 hours after the item returned has passed quality checks.
- Presently, We don’t have any reverse pickup service available
- For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

FRAUDULENT /DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

What we can do ?
- We may constantly monitor the user’s account in order to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing our services fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under applicable law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, prior to initiation of legal actions, We reserve the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For the purpose of this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.
- We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

- To make sure that our customers’ shopping experience is private, safe and secure, all Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed using a secure encrypted connection to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
- We don’t store any type of your payment information data in our website.
- If your card is debited and no order placed, no need to panic at all!
- Please check your bank/credit card account, as if the money is debited on a failed transaction, it will be rolled back into your account within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, won’t be able to expedite this. Please contact your bank for updates.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. A request for cancellation of order shall be valid and accepted only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of making the order on the Site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or orders for which a request for cancellation is made after the expiry of 24 (twenty hours) from making the order. - We provide best rate with discount on bulk order as wholesale price So, We DON’T have any Return, Refund and Exchange policy.
- If damage then you can inform us within 24 hours after delivery by WhatsApp or email.
- Customer have to pay one side charge and one side next courier charge we will pay.
